First, clean the wound carefully to remove all dirt particles using SOS Wound Cleansing Spray or water, making sure that any weeping or bleeding has ceased. Then, apply SOS Wound and Healing Gel to the acute wound. Repeat several times daily as necessary.
A plaster or bandage can be used to cover the wound.


Electrolyte gel, stabilised with EDTA; polyhexanide 0.02%
