Application: • The skin at the application site must be clean and dry. • Open the sachet by hand (do not cut) and remove the heat wrap. • Carefully peel off both sides of the protective film on the back of the heat wrap and apply the adhesive side of the heat wrap to the skin over the painful area. • After the bag is opened, the heat transfer is activated within 1 minute and warms up within 5 minutes • The heat wrap is activated by air. Therefore, do not open the sachet until the heat wrap is needed. • Remove the heat patch slowly after use.
